London Zoo with Cousin Anna

Aunt Trine and Cousin Anna came for a visit and we took Calvin for his first trip to the zoo! He slept through a lot of it, but that's him in the buggy in front of the monkeys :)

Drool machine

Get used to seeing that neckerchief - it's the only way we can combat the drool! I'm thinking some teeth will be appearing soon...

Calvin is lying on his changing table underneath the gorgeous picture from his Farmor Gudrun - not sure how much longer it is going to be able to hang there though, since he has recently started grabbing everything in sight!

The Playhut

Our local area Camden has a ton of activities for babies, and Calvin and I are busy testing them all to find out which ones are our favorites. So far the Playhut was a big hit - it is literally a giant hut, filled with tons of toys and other children!

Martini Bar - Take Six!

Benjy and Camilla came for a visit and you'll never guess where we went...the martini bar! I think it's Calvin's sixth time there - he's a regular :)

Kristian came for a visit from Houston, TX and his wife Linda had sent him with some cowboy boots for Calvin - how cute is he! I'm thinking we need to go back for another rodeo...

Montrachet

The reason Calvin is in his pajamas is because these were taken at 7am! Martin really wanted to see these fields so on our last day there we made an early morning trip (since we were up anyway). Vacations are a little different with a baby :)

You can really see how bald Calvin is getting! All his hair is falling out, especially on one side. It's getting too warm for hats so looks like it's going to be the combover...

Trip to Burgundy with the Birds

We headed off to the Burgundy area of France for the week before Easter with Tom and Emerald and their son Cassius, who is 3 months older than Calvin. Luckily for us Calvin is a really relaxed traveller!

16 week check-up

Calvin went in for his last round of immunisations and weighed in at 7.68kg (16.9lbs) and 71cm (28 inches) - my big boy!

We went for a walk in the Heath, and Martin went as "off-road" as we could with the buggy - Calvin loved the bumpy ride!
